Bearings maker SKF says buys Italy's GLO
STOCKHOLM, Sept 2 (Reuters) - World number one bearings maker SKF said on Tuesday it had signed a deal to buy Italian drive shaft and velocity joint maker GLO s.r.I. from Metaldyne for an undisclosed sum.
Sweden-based SKF said in a statement that GLO had sales of about 17 million euros ($24.7 million) last year and 50 employees. The acquisition was subject to approval by relevant authorities, it added. ($1=.6890 Euro) Keywords:
